Project Dashboard AKA Projects List This is a list of your Current Projects that will appear in your Toolbar's Menu. Clicking on Goto CoKnown in your Toolbar, when it's closed, will take you here. • You can Archive Projects • Manage Project Privacy* • Click the Project Title to go to the Project page • Click the CoSearcher icon to manage that Projects Permissions
Project Title Block At the top of the page you have your Project Title Block. • Edit your Title, Goal and Keywords by clicking on them • Manage CoSearchers & Set Project Privacy* by clicking the CoSearcher Icon • Check your CoSearchers' permissions at a glance
Custom Lists Default Historical List • Your SmartMarks are automatically organized chronologically on the Historical Tab. • The Historical List has Inline Histories
Creating a New Custom List • Check to select SmartMarks &/or Noteboxes for your Custom List (optional step) • Click to Create a Custom List • You can Create as many Custom Lists as you need to Organize your Project • Click to see this List as the Main List when you view this Project
Drag & Drop Sorting on Custom Lists • Click in the Top Bar to Drag & Drop SmartMarks and Noteboxes into the order you want. Adding & Hiding SmartMarks & Noteboxes • Add SmartMarks & existing Noteboxes by clicking on their Title at the bottom • Create a New Notebox by clicking Add Note
Conclusions • You can Add a Conclusion to the top of any Custom List by clicking Add Conclusion • Conclusions have full WYSIWYG text editor and can be as long as you want.
SmartMarks Features SmartMarks are Bookmarks on Steroids! They allow you to keep huge amount of information in a very small space. Allow CoSearchers to Add SmartMarks by giving them Add rights or above.

Click to Demote SmartMarks to Inline Histories You can also Promote Inline Histories Items to SmartMarks
Allow CoSearchers to SmartMarks by giving them Modify rights or above.
Inline Crop Viewing What you cropped with the Toolbar is viewable inline. The Full Webpage is saved automatically*
• Click to see the Crop inline • You can view multiple Crops on the same Project Page
• Click to Hide the Crop
Full Page Saved Webpages* * For Gold Level Accounts and above When you Save a SmartMark you also Save the Full Webpage!
Note: You must give Your CoSearchers Read permisions or above for them to be able to view your Full Saved Pages

Saves an exact copy of what a webpage looked like at the moment you Saved your SmartMark
An invaluable tool for recording temporary webpages
Inline Histories Inline Histories show you where you and/or your CoSearchers went between one SmartMark and the Next. SmartMarks are Only Visible to CoSearchers who have Read Permissions and above on this Project
• Number is the number of pages in this inline history • Inline History items can be Promoted to SmartMarks
Deleting Inline Histories • Inline History items can be Deleted (this is permanent) • Click to delete all Inline Histories
Demoted SmartMarks • Demoted SmartMarks have a Yellow Background and include Your Title & Note • Click Promote to Restore a SmartMark to your Project Page
Noteboxes You can write as much as you like in a Notebox. • Sort Noteboxes just like SmartMarks on Custom Project Pages • Click
Editing Noteboxes Noteboxes have a Full WYSIWYG text editor. You can write what you want and format it the way you want it.
Sharing Public Projects
You can click to email this Project to anyone you think would benefit from it • You can also add a personal message
Privacy Settings on Projects* * For Gold Level Subscriptions and above Projects can be set to: Public - everyone can see it Restricted - only the Title and Goal are Publicly Visible Hidden - Just that Hidden. No One can see them.
Commenting with Disqus Use Disqus (discuss) to make comments on Public Project. • You can share Your Comments on Facebook and Twitter • You can subscribe to comments on your Project • Please Flag any questionable comments and we will delete them
